Nothing annoys me more than service providers that completely WASTE my TIME with BAIT & SWITCH without a single hint of remorse! Before I brought my vehicle in today - I called spoke with the Joe “Manager”. I had an appointment at 7am but wouldn’t meet that so I called to discussed whether I should still drop the car off. We talked briefly about what was needed, service fees and if I’d still be able to pick it up by 5pm if I dropped it off by noon. He confirmed I could and I loaded my (3) kids in the vehicle and drove to Greece dropped the car off around 11:30am. I called at 3 for an updated - Apparently all of a sudden I didn’t tell him I would need the car at 5pm and what is he suppose to tell me because he will not be able to service my car at by that time. No remorse, No empathy, No apology, No recommended solution just “What am I suppose to tell you maam?!” I can’t get it done by 5pm! Absolutely horrible!!! During work hrs, I’m to pick up my vehicle because it sat in the parking lot the entire time when I could have reached out to another service provider to get my vehicle serviced. Terrible customer service!!! Absolutely terrible.

I was able to use a promotional discount on the service that I needed. Pleasant staff and great customer service. Clean facility and service was finished on time as promised.

Brought it in for an inspection and they caught a tie rod issue. I had flagged the front end being loose to the dealer during an oil change and they didn't find anything. Night and day difference with the fix. Donovan up front spent an hour on the phone getting it covered directly by my third-party warranty. Thanks again!

Honest , trustworthy, and highly skilled. Treated as a valued customer with total transparency from the staff. Deadlines have been met 100% of the time. Any one of the Mechanics could own their own independent shop. Pricing is slightly higher from other mechanic shops but the trade off is reliability.

In December, I had a great experience with a worker at the time, Joe. He ensured my tire purchase and install was efficient. He even discussed prices with my mom over the phone throughout the process. I originally had an appointment booked for the Henrietta Firestone location, but after seeing its' subpar reviews, we chose this W Ridge Rd location...and I'm glad I did. Please acknowledge Joe for his easygoing demeanor and friendly attitude to ensure a customer's needs were met. It made for a memorable first experience with the Firestone company for tires.
